Cook ziti according to package directions.
In a pan heat 2 tb. olive oil. Add chopped onions, green pepper and garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes, then add sliced chorizo and ham chunks. Cook until chorizo starts to render some fat. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, sazon, cooking wine and bay leaf. Cook on medium for 25 minutes. Stir in cooked ziti and serve.
