This popular side dish in Cuban meal are sweet fried plantains. They are easy to make and delicious as well.
- First remove the peel from the plantains and cut the plantains into 1/4 inch diagonal slices.
- Add the oil to a frying pan and heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the slices to the oil individually and cook until they are golden brown.
- Transfer the plantains to a paper towel to help remove the oil. Serve.
