Put pork chunks in a pan and lightly brown add sliced onions and green pepper, bay leaf, tomato sauce, sazon, and splash of vino seco.  Taste for salt and add more if needed.  Cook until pork chunks are tender.  Add bags or cornmeal and all of creamed corn.  Every so often add water as needed in order to cook corn meal.  Keep cooking on low until cornmeal is cooked and creamy, serve.
